The Ventura County Rainbow Alliance bulletin boards are open to anyone.  It is a place to share ideas and events in an environment supportive of the entire LGBT community. 

To maintain a supportive and positive environment, the bulletin boards will be monitored for any statements that might be perceived as negative or hurtful.  Hate speech will never be allowed.
