If you are a gay man who has been diagnosed with prostate cancer, we want to you to tell us about...
o what treatments you have received
o how those treatments may have affected your lives and your relationships

Eligibility: To take part in the study, a man must…
1. Self-identify as gay or bisexual.
2. Be diagnosed with localized prostate cancer within the last 4 years.
3. Be able to read and speak English.
4. Be able to receive project materials through the mail and complete a web-based survey.

Project: Men who take part in the project can expect…
1. A short phone call to make sure they are eligible to be in the study and to get their address.
2. A web-based survey that will require approximately 45 minutes.

If men who take part in the project are currently in a relationship, their partner may also be eligible to complete a separate web-based survey about his experience as a partner of a man with prostate cancer.
